Extracare started providing supports to NDIS participants in 2015.
As a registered provider of core supports – Daily Living aids with:
- Personal activities
- Household Tasks
- Community access
We support participants with their activities, tasks and skills including:
- Joining community clubs, activities and programs
- Taking participants shopping to purchase groceries and pay bills
- Personal care assistance
- Household chores
Together, we’ll help you feel more independent whilst achieving your goals, building on your daily living skills at home and in the community.
Your supports will be tailored to you, with flexible to changes as they occur.
Being partnered with a trained disability support worker or cleaner that has the experience that aligns with your goals, needs and interests will empower you to live a life you deserve.
Areas of service include lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Newcastle, Maitland and surrounding suburbs.

The rates that Extracare charges for services through the NDIS are set out in the NDIS website.
Before services commence we will forward to you a Service Agreement to give you a clear understanding of what services will be available to you through your NDIS plan. The Service Agreement also sets out start and finish dates and other matters such as cancellation and changes to service requirements.
